Mr. Lee Kwok Weng

Mr.Lee Kwok Weng, B.Eng. (Mech.)(S'pore), M.Sc.(Ind.Eng)(NUS), DipBA(NUS), GradDip Mktg.(MIS), LLB(Hons)(Bucks), LLM(Lond), Barrister-at-Law, Advocate & Solicitor (Retired), Supreme Court of Singapore, HonFMIS, FIES, Honorary Legal Advisor, IES (1992 to 2020) & SISO (1998 to 2018), a senior lawyer, was in continuous private legal practice for about 30 years running his own law firm before his retirement from active legal practice.

He has been for many years an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business Admin, National University of Singapore, teaching Business Law in the MBA programme. Mr. Lee has also for many years an Adjunct Lecturer at the Nanyang Technological University, Curtin University (MIS Campus), UNISIM, IES Academy, PSB Academy & BCA Academy. He specialises in Business Contracts, Negligence, Information Technology and Engineering & Building Laws. He is a very experienced lecturer and trainer and is well-versed in the technical field, marketing and management practice too. 

Mr. Lee brings with him considerable industrial project and business development management experience, having worked for more than 12 years as a project engineer & project manager in the public & private sectors and eventually before he switch to the legal profession, as a senior project manager in a leading Multi-national engineering and construction corporation serving the energy oil and gas industries onshore and offshore. 

A "dot.com" & knowledge senior lawyer himself before he retired from active practice, Mr. Lee also brings with him a wealth of practical knowledge & experience of the legal requirements, setting & starting and managing businesses in the knowledge economy as he is a co-founder of and legal/corporate adviser to some dot.com/internet companies.
